工會緣起 Origin

本會自創立初期,主要關懷之議題在於,讓海勤會員享有企業內公平之員工福利及符合法律之勞動條件;提升勞動岸勤會員的勞動條件。創立伊始便成功要求公司將所有海勤人員納入公司之福利委員會,享有福委會之福利;並成功將岸勤會員中的臨時契約工,全面納入中運公司組織內成為正式職員。近年更為海勤員工爭取同樣享有中運公司章程所定之員工酬勞。

近年本會專注於船員薪資結構及退休金是否合法合宜、船員僱傭契約是否為不定期之定性問題、及船員職業安全風險預防及事後補償議題。並將相關議題訴請行政、司法審查確認、廣泛與各界進行討論政策議題、並推動相關法案修法,並積極與其他工會共同合作,成為有「組織力」,「戰鬥力」、「執行力」、「論述力」、「溝通力」的「五力工會」!
一路走來工會堅持拒絕接受政府及公司之資助、補助、或是任何形式的財務資助,所有活動包含會員勞工教育訓練皆以會員會費及自籌款支應,以維持工會之獨立性,堅持成為企業防腐劑,監督、強化公司治理與經營,捍衛所有勞工之權益,持續公司溝通,與中運公司共同創造永續經營之企業環境。

Since its founding, the union has successfully integrated maritime workers into the company’s welfare program, guaranteeing fair benefits as well as equal working conditions and pay. For shore-based seafarers, it secured permanent employment by converting their temporary contracts into official positions.

We strive for equality, addressing key issues such as salary structures, pensions, employment contracts, and occupational safety. Through extensive judicial reviews, policy advocacy, legislative petitions, and partnerships with other unions, we are committed to building a union that excels in organization, strategy, execution, communication, and discourse.

Independence is central to our mission. By relying solely on membership fees and self-raised funds, we maintain autonomy and act as vigilant corporate watchdogs, improving governance, defending labor rights, fostering dialogue, and partnering with companies to create sustainable work environments.
